What You’ll Do:

Generate leads and close deals (D2D lead generation required)

Manage construction projects from start to finish—owning every step

Build strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and crews

Ability to manage multiple projects while working autonomously with minimal oversight

Comfortable working outdoors, at heights (roofs), and evenings—consulting homeowners when they need it

Additional Skillsets:

Sales experience—D2D preferred; roofing/construction/solar sales a plus!
